Refund Policy


All fees are non-refundable except under the following conditions:
1. A full refund will be given if the program is cancelled by the Recreation Department.
2. If a program participant moves from Town, a full or pro-rated refund will be made based on the number of sessions attended.
3. Should a participant become ill or injured, a full or pro-rated refund will be made based on the number of sessions attended. A doctor’s note must accompany the request.
